PRICES

Bizibilbaocycletours SL guarantees the prices publicized on the website throughout 2023, including VAT. The prices quoted are always in Euros, per person and in a double occupancy room. Guests who wish to have their own room will be charged a Single Supplement. This supplement varies depending on the tour and can be found on each individual tour page on our website.

There is no price adjustment offered for arriving late or departing early from a tour.

Each trip contains a description of the services included in the price and in general, whatever is not specifically mentioned as being covered in the price of the trip, will not be included in it.

Flights are not included in the price. Please ask us before making any airline reservations, don’t book a flight until we have confirmed your place on the trip.

The “Price From” listed on the website for scheduled and private tours refers to a specific tour, date, hotel lineup, and group size. Actual tour prices may differ from the price listed.

HOW TO MAKE THE RESERVATION

To find free places, we recommend making the reservation as soon as possible, especially, in the summer. What you need to do to sign up for a trip is fill in our reservation form that is available in our website. Then we will get in touch with you to confirm the reservation and charge a 15% deposit per person. On payment of this deposit, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. You will get your confirmation along with the instructions on how to make the final payment in an e-invoice. The amount pending must be paid 60 days before setting off on the trip.

Payments can be made via bank transfer to Bizibilbaocycletours SL or with a credit card, VISA or MasterCard. Failure to comply with these rules means that your reservation will be cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation policies outlined below take into consideration the costs Bizibilbaocycletours SL incurs long before travelers ever depart. Bizibilbaocycletours SL strictly adheres to the following cancellation policies. Trip price is defined as everything purchased from Bizibilbaocycletours SL as part of your tour, including upgrades and Single Supplement.

Your trip deposit is fully refundable and transferable up until 60 days before departure. Full payment is due 60 days prior departure.

Below you will find our timeline of options to choose either a refund or future trip credit based on your cancellation date.

TRAVEL CREDITS

All Travel Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Travel Credits cannot be used towards payment of a deposit. Travel Credits must be used within one calendar year of the original departure date or will be forfeited. Once a Travel Credit has been applied to a trip, it is considered non-refundable. Special rules apply for COVID-related Travel Credits. Please contact our office for details.

TRIP CHANGES INITIATED BY GUEST

Requests to change tour or date of an existing reservation will be accommodated based on availability. If this request is made inside of 60 days prior to departure, a minimum €250 per person late change fee will be applied. The guest is responsible for any additional cancellation fees incurred from hotels, etc. Additionally, the guest must pay any increase in tour price. Only one date change per reservation is permitted.

BIZIBILBAOCYCLETOURS SL ITINERARY CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

Bizibilbaocycletours SL reserves the right to make date, route, activity, and hotel modifications to any tour. This includes the details of itineraries as they appear on Bizicycletours.com. Every effort is made to keep changes to a minimum.

Bizibilbaocycletours SL retains the right to cancel, modify, or delay any tour at any time for any reason. In the event of a force majeure (“Force Majeure”), which shall include, but not be limited to, an act of God, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, government-issued travel restriction or advisory impacting any portion of the tour, or any other reason beyond the control of Bizibilbaocycletours SL, Bizibilbaocycletours SL may at any time, cancel the tour or change the date of the tour. In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure or otherwise, guests will receive a Travel Credit in the amount paid to use towards another Bizibilbaocycletours SL trip.

Bizibilbaocycletours SL is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations, such as prepaid hotel accommodations or airline tickets. We strongly recommend confirming your trip with Bizibilbaocycletours SL before making any additional travel arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the agency be held responsible for accommodation, subsistence, transportation and other expenses incurred as a result of delays in outbound and return flights. When travellers use their own vehicles or one rented by Bizibilbaocycletours SL to go on the trip, if there is any accident, in whatever country, the traveller specifically agrees to abide by the law on road traffic accidents established in the country where the vehicle is registered, in which case they can claim off the vehicle’s insurance for any personal damage or injury caused.

In view of the bicycle touring sporting activity that we organize, travellers accept the inherent risks and therefore Bizibilbaocycletours SL shall not accept any claims for accidents, falls, sequelae, etc. which shall be covered by the insurance policies taken out specifically by the clients. Bizibilbaocycletours SL cannot be held responsible for any physical or material damage done as a result of: the client not been physically fit enough for the ride; the forces of nature; the plane, train, car, boat trip or any other means of transport used such as the bicycle, on foot or any other activity or adventure; the consumption of alcohol; civil uprisings; terrorism; faulty material and the lack or limited access to medical assistance in remote situations.

Bizibilbaocycletours SL is entitled to make changes to the route or the hotel to improve the quality of a trip if any unexpected events occur or requirements of the route.

Clients agree to transfer the image rights of the photographs taken during the trip so that they can be used in the marketing activities of Bizibilbaocycletours SL.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS

Travellers are assumed to accept all and each one of the General Conditions when they take part in any of the activities included in this program. To solve any type of claim or dispute that might arise for any reason, both the traveller and Bizibilbaocycletours SL shall specifically submit the case to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao and they shall waive any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
